Module One helps you learn the language of your nervous system so you can understand what’s happening in your body, why you get stuck, and how to regulate yourself with clarity and confidence. This is where you build the core skills that make long-term change possible.
By the end of these nine weeks, you will:
• Understand your nervous system states and what they feel like in your body
• Recognize early signs of stress instead of getting blindsided
• Know your triggers and glimmers
• Use somatic tools that actually work for your system
• Complete three personalized nervous system maps
• Increase your capacity and stop going into survival mode so quickly
• Feel clearer, steadier, more empowered, and more connected to yourself
• Have a solid foundation to move into deeper work in Module Two

Before starting, I often felt stuck in a cycle of stress and tension that I couldn’t quite name.
